Sponsorship Levels are accomplished by sponsoring one or more of the following items:

Place your company logo on nametag holders that will be worn by each attendee for the duration of the Forum. TNRIS/GIS Forum management will work with the sponsor to select the badges. TNRIS/GIS Forum will produce the badges and will be responsible for the purchase of the badges.

Tote Bag Sponsor

Tote bags carry the sponsor’s logo on one side of the bag with the TNRIS/GIS Forum logo on the other side. TNRIS/GIS Forum management will work with the sponsor to select the tote bags. TNRIS/GIS Forum will produce the tote bags and will be responsible for the purchase of the tote bags.

The Forum Social is where attendees get to relax, catch up, and enjoy food and fun. Make sure that your organization has a prominent place in their minds as they celebrate on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Your logo will be included in the promotion of the Forum Social, online and at the event.

Notebook and Pen Sponsor

Provide notebooks and pens featuring the TNRIS/TX GIS Forum logo on the front cover and your company’s logo and name on either the interior of the cover page or the back exterior page of the notebook. The pens will feature your company’s logo. Conference attendees will use your notebook and pen during and post conference. TNRIS/GIS Forum will produce the notebooks and pens, and will be responsible for the purchase of both items.

Opening Keynote Sponsor

Sponsorship of one of the two Keynote Sessions provides unique recognition of your company. You will receive additional recognition for the event on the conference website, as well as in the Conference materials. In addition, your logo will be placed on event signage displayed during the event. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each attendee. Additionally, for this level, your company logo will be featured in all pre-conference marketing materials promoting the keynote sessions.
